Week Ten In Review

This was the final week of the regular season for alot of teams who will have an off week to prepare for the playoffs. This is a season where upsets have been scarce at best. But there three OT games involving local teams. Bullitt Central surprised North Oldham 19-13 to earn it's third win. DeSales (5-4) saw a late 21-7 lead disappear before slipping past Southern 28-27. Valley (7-2) edged J-Town 19-13. Central (5-4) jumped St.X 7-0 early before falling 35-7. PRP (4-6) finally got a breather with North Harrdin 45-6. Trinity (7-2) continues to fine tune themselves for yet another long run the playoffs. The Rocks had no problem with Paul Dunbar 41-7. Manual (8-1) outscored Bullitt East 42-31. Shawnee (3-6) out mud-wrestled Fort Knox 6-2. Talk about huge cleats to fill. Freshman Brandon Cresap filled in just fine Mr. Football candidate Alex Mathews. Shelby County defeated South Oldham 33-14 as Cresap threw 4 TD passes.
